Description

I was that happy when I got my Nikon FM3A :) Practicing a new technique to fake sephia toning. I scanned the B&W negative as a color negative and forced the film scanner to induce a color cast. I then pushed things a bit further through channel blending on Photoshop. T-max 100, Nikon FM3A, Vivitar series one 70-210mm F/3.5 Zoom lens. Love that lens for B&W work due to its awesome contrast.

This is a great candid shot of a child, so natural & full of action. Interesting effect with the sepia yet somehow it doesn't fit with the subject for me, the happiness expressed in the image gets lost in the sepia (imho).
