very close to where I live and I used water in the photoshop to acheieve it. Thanks for asking. It makes me happy for someone to believe it is real. It's what I was striving for.

Nice manipulation, Kathleen, or is this a local 'traffic calming' strategy worked out by Montreal City Council? It looks like you used the 'Flood' Adobe Photoshop compatible plug-in from Flaming Pear? I've had it for years, and it is very useful for similar effects. A grand idea, just as Spring surprises us all, John.
