Description

...but what does it mean? I have an idea, but I'll let you decide. This scene took on many different lives, and this end result has a completely different theme than the original. I rendered trials so many times that by the end I was SO ready for this one to come to a close. Time to move on... Thanks for viewing and all the comments on my previous submissions. They keep me going!

Very nice image. the subject is clearly a warrior. There's not quite enough to tell if he's paying homage and an old grave site, the ground looks too undisturbed to be a new grave site; or he's giving up a prayer of thanks for surviving the battle just finished; or a quick memorial for his friends just died in the battle just finished; or he's making an oath or dedication to get justice for what happened behind him. It's very lifelike.

Astonishing detail in the look of the setting from the patches of grass to the very surface of the landscape!!! A Truly Brilliant look in both the sunset and character awesome job!!!!
