Description

I decided to metamorphose the branches, for the 2D forum April Metamorphosis, into my new mss avatar for this site. Done totally in Photoshop.

it's a wonderful metamorphosis, and it's a beautiful avatar. Even in the small dimensions of avatar-dom, it has the same feeling as the large (only smaller). Actually, in the avatar it looks like some of those late 19th C./early 20th C. letters made with floral motifs. Leafy and ornate and a lot of fun. I've not morphed vines before, I don't know what it takes to make them into letters; but whatever it took, you did a fine job. (I'll miss your face everywhere you show up here—gotta say that to the old avatar!—but this is just as beautiful, and it's spring-like too!)
