Description

Hey you all Hope this finds you all doing well......I have been so deathly sick...the last chemo almost done me in I really thought I was going on to higher ground this time.......But slowly bouncing back....God does have a purpose for me........I should be the Cancr People Poster Gal LOL.......I went for my bone scan and CT the radiologist stuck me 7 times called the Center and cancelled it......so I re-scheduled.....now the machine is broke and will take 2 wks to fix.......fine by me LOL....... The weather here has been wonderful.....I got out the past 2 days sat on my porch reading my new vampire novel........now we are under a Tornado Watch until 8pm and then rain/snow mix after midnight and the high of 39 tomorrow......so I thought I would enjoy the warmth on my body while I could.......All the Bradford Pears...Azaela's Tulip Trees, Tulips are in bloom.Spring is here but ahhh the snow.......Hope it doesn't kill all the beautiful flowers......... I got a couple of pics........not a lot but a few........ Reschedule the Bone Scan and CT for the 15th..early BAH!!!See Family Dr for refills the 17th and Chemo once again the 22nd..........Too much to do for me.........but guess I will have to.... Hoping you all had a good weekend......and a great week ahead as well Hugs Susan~ All image touch up work done in PSP 9

Stellar bright colors, lighting and composition in this marvelous macro, Miss Susan! Your narrative elicited great anguish in me concerning your condition, but nevertheless here's hopes for your speedy recovery.

A lovely early daffodil, perfectly captured. Sounds like you've had a rough go of it; I wish there was something I could offer to help you through it, but it's just a step at a time, a day at a time, and do what you can, rest when you need to, and don't apologize for anything. My thoughts are with you!

My boss is going through chemo right now. Every third one is her bad one. My prayers are with you through this. It is not easy and I don't think others always understand the tax it takes upon you. A gorgeous capture today. A celebration of life itself.

Hugs honey..all sounds like hell. Glad you got a few hours in the sunshine. Hope the tornado doesn't hit and the snow doesn't harm the pretty flowers. Lovely photo ;)

Oh,my! How beautiful and you have taken such a clean and focused shot of it that I can see all the way down its throat. I have been a bit under the weather as well or I would have written you sooner. Your doctor seems to always have a problem when it comes to your procedures. Maybe he finds you a fascinating lady and just likes seeing more of you? LOL It sounds like you are getting good fresh air and some nice sun. Won't be long before you are saying it is too hot around there. :-)

You hang in there Susan, my daughter is on her fourth round and by the time it is due she is in so much pain. She can only get them every 3 weeks. I love daffodils, this is so pretty.

What a lovely shot. I adore daffodils and am looking forward to them blooming soon. One of the few flowers that grows in the mountains. So sorry to hear you are still going through so much- you are a very strong lady. My thoughts are with you, Susan. CC

I'm glad you were able to get out into the sunshine to capture this beautiful little daffodil even if it was only for a brief moment. I do hope your bouncing back keeps on track to beat that cancer. Take care.

Beautiful and bright! Daffodils are such a welcome sight! :D Love your photo, Sis, and the lovely way you framed it! I hope the bad weather didn't keep you from getting your beauty rest. We had a sunny, warm day here in PA. I went for a longer walk than usual taking in the sights (all the pretty flowers in bloom in my neighbors' yards and all the people walking their dogs or just walking, like me. It was good to see the teenagers playing basketball at a nearby park...also nice to see two girls throwing a frisbee and two boys playing ping-pong in their garage). SPRING IS HERE, FINALLY!!! I'm glad you spent some time on your porch soaking up the sun before the bad weather came and changed everything. Bye for now! Love, Maureen
