Description
This is sold as a foliage plant for baskets and tubs, the fresh growth is red/orange tinted on the leaves. It flowers early in it's second year the wrong time for our summer baskets. This is a plant I saved when discarding the worn out plants as winter came. I cut it back hard and potted it up to give some colour in the greenhouse when it flowered in its second year.
So here it is, not quite fully out but quite a pretty plant, I put in a close up of a single bloom for close inspection.
