Description
Just a bit of photo-manipulation. This one was completed entirely in Photoshop.
Background is City_Lights_1 by ArmindaIrene on deviantART although I enhanced the building lights and blurred it for the distance effect. The model is from Marcus J Ranum also on deviantART.
