I used DAZ's new Gen X dress on Danae's Milan for V4. I think I could have done better on the lights. the building is Affinity from DAZ.

Her hair doesn't look quite right. Not "Wind-blown" enough other than morphs, did you try any magnets to help the flow of the hair? Good except for the hair. Sorry.
