It is a great poem. Your image is really striking. The point of view leaves one to wonder if he is drinking or if he has been downed.... I am not at all sure. Technically it is wonderfully done, especially the posing and reflection work. I notice the little flower, a symbol of life in an otherwise cold and uncompromising environment. Did the Dragon take it with him?

I fear without the dragon's protection that little flower would be lost....and now he looks weak and weary.... half-drowned from the weight of guarding it....But he/she is a dragon and he/she is magical...so as with hope anything is possible!!!!....
