Lovely. I too love the stainlike variations. The clothlike backing is perfect for it too. Has the appearance of something might discover in an old trunk in an attic.

and now we return to your introspective studies of leaves & other natural forms. The detail on the leaf is expressive & complex; and your coloration gives varying moods to it. I love how the yellowish-green surrounds it like a quiet halo. And the texture around it makes it feel like a leaf-fossil etched in a deep cave. I can see your museum experience in this: This is part of that 'style' I talk about in your work; and part of your technique. you have an instinctive way with presentation, you seem to know how a piece would look in a museum or even on display in the mind. Scintillating, and another entry in your inward exploration of leaves...another fav.
