I am sure you have seen old cars with trees growing actually inside of the body and protruding out, showing just how long the car had been abandoned.excellent pov

Fabulous and moody. I am a huge car nut and this grabbed my attention immediately. I believe the car in the background is a 1952 Lincoln; I'm not too sure about the one in the foreground. The black and white works brilliantly and makes the picture amazingly forlorn and almost painful; it feels like a metaphor for the fading of America's past glories. I can settle down with this picture and explore its details for a long time. I love the Neil Young quote; it fits perfectly.

Well they do say that rust never sleeps, I used to find some of the old cars in the scrub and was lucky enough to find and old tool on occasions in the boot, this brings back a lot of good memories. Good capture.

Great comment on values. A pity that these old timers are just rusting away.
