Here you can see how I do it step by step, I created a mini simple tutorial for you, you can click bellow on the thumnail to see it on youtube in HD qyality. I used here HDRMegapack 1 outdoor light "sunny day" for this one image, very shortly also avaliable on renderosity. I hope you like this effect.
