Description
I would like to thank everyone who commented and fav'd my last image. They make me feel so great. Thank you.
Every year the committee on Easter eggs meets and decides what kind of Easter eggs they are going to make and get to work. This year it was decided they would make chocolate sparkle eggs with strawberry whip filling. Working into the wee hours of the night the fairies made their eggs and wrapped them in beautiful colored foil paper and but them in the baskets the littlest would carry to hide the eggs all over the Forest.
On Easter morning all the fairies would be out looking for the hidden eggs, laughing and giggling. But a mystery overshadows the egg hunt, every year some eggs disappear, yep, poof, gone. First it was one or two (believe me, the fairies keep an exact count of eggs going out and where every egg has been hidden) and there were always some missing. Well, last year, it really became a problem. Many eggs had gone missing. They checked with the birds to make sure they weren't taking them, the local chickens, who are nearsighted and could possibly mistake them for their own, but nothing, no one knew anything. So the mystery remains, who is taking the beautiful wrapped confections. So if you are very good and get up early, go to your front door and you may be lucky enough to find a lovely wrapped chocolate Easter egg waiting for you... or so I've been told. :o)
