A lovely portrait, and hopefully he/she will find a new home one day. It is so sad when horses have to finish up in sanctuaries, however good and loving the people there are, and they always are, giving up their time and freely, for the love of animals. Great shot! hugs Jane xx

Horses eyes are always great. I took some shots of a horse near my home too. My children always like to feed them and feel the warm and soft of the nose.
