You have made mysterious beauty out of something intrinsically unattractive! You do this so well!

Outstanding. Week after week I look at your art with the idea that it will rub off on me eventually. This is a favorite. I may pay you back with an old window I came across this morning...

the titling and the capture are well matched, as it seems that the contours of the building are "melting" most excellent work!!!!

This has such a great, misty quality to it. I love the suspended cables and the solid, imposing cityscape beneath. It's all quite well captured. It has a dream-like quality and a sense of elegance that would go comfortably in any high end gallery. As always, there's so much to see and discover in this, and as always, I'm impressed.

Wonderful Nikolay! Really gives one the feel of a hot day and the background has that lovely thing you do with your work. One of the things that first attracted me to your work:-)

about fog & haze, about the wonderful play of line & detail against a hazed deep background, about wonderful front-details mixed with background sheets of light & shadow & grays; and about the beautiful protrusions of 'things' against a horizon of white & how they seem to melt there. An abstract & yet a full real portrait. And you chose your details well: The chimney & tree in front is perfect with the massive wall in back, and those strange high wires and the light-tower (whatever that is in the high right-side). Just a wordless Nikolay gem. You have a way of bringing out deep detail in some objects and fading detail in others so we get a sheer 'wall' or presence from it. And you delineate the space between them. Still haven't found words, have I? It's a symphony, and it's truly beautiful.

i always enjoy this vast and open atmosphere in so many of your works, nikolay, always thoughtful, a bit quiet, a bit melancholic. and if i need to put it into a word, i would choosen 'gone' or maybe 'disappeared', something like that. but, these are only my impressions :)))

Wonderful sense of spring heat generated off the rooftops. Another magical picture! I think I detect a hint of greeness on the tree!
