This surreal picture is full of symbols, at least for me. The hostile environment, the cages for man and woman, the melting tears of their longing hearts: this picture is full of emotion and very well done.

Thank you all very much for your kind comments:) Yes it is full of symbolism - the symbolism won't be the same for everyone of course - we each have our own subtle interpretation. But that's one of the the joys of viewing art, finding out what others see in a picture.

both are on their own, at last, and i like the way how you played with different elements to increase the impact, the cages, those tentacles and the thorns down there on the bottom, so fascinating and so much to see in there, wonderful work :)
