Description

Evening all :o) Had a day out on the dales with a friend from the camera club today .Thinking that the weather would be kind to us we set off bright and early only to find 10 miles into the journey ,thick dense fog encompassed us for most of the time and then we had to settle for what dry weather we had in order not to waste the journey .We stopped off here in a village called Reeth for some grub in the pub and of course I was choking for a nice cup of tea :o) Thanks for taking a look and take care Mick

A cracking shot, Mick! I love the contrast of the colours of the brooding hills with the freah green in the foreground. That's a solid little building too, looks as if it could withstand all weathers!

Very nice place you found to show us. I would enjoy this with no cars and fewer signs of modernization. Like the dish antenna and the lamp, brightly colored signs, etc. You certainly found a sweet spot to compose this with the rolling green background and a muted sky. Well done!
