My name is Dottie. I am now among the millions of retirees across our great land. I am still a part of female population of the home workforce. My gainful employment ended with my retirement after 28 years with a national non-profit organization. My interest in photography began in earnest with the arrival of my three grandsons. As they were becoming teenagers my interest turned to travel and flowers. I think what success I have can be attributed to luck and my choice of a camera. I appreciate and learn from everyone's comments and I thank you.

A church is a church; or not? One of the great moments here in RR are these when I can get an "Inside Look" in a strange country without moving my backside (hihi..) This church here is such a typical moment; it looks somewhere typical american, but I cannot say why. Our small country churches here are very different; the first settlers in the Berlin region used the stones they found on their fields; and later they used brickstones. The old english churches look like small castles... Wonderful catch, thanks for sharing!
