Description

as you can see, this idea for a new game will not be developed further, it probably is too realistic.

Powerful imagery and message; it will be lost on most, sadly- they wont get it and that is a big part of the problem.

This is totally brilliant, Koosie. We get it, we just don't have the power to do anything about it, except stop buying credit, pay off mortgages early...pay cash! If you don't have the money, don't buy. Save, and have the bank pay you!

Brilliant Koosie Who controls this credit crunch, I feel compelled to ask, Maybe a mass of media are rising to the task? ‘Times are getting tough!’, they say, ‘we should mind our money!’ It seems this sceptre’d Isle of ours, aint just milk and honey! Those middle class of Milton Keynes, musnt they lament? Their four bedroom faux Georgian, has just dropped by ten percent! Clearly its a worry, although surely to their glee? John Lewis has a sale they can buy that fifth TV! That head teacher from Hampstead Heath, earning sixty grand? Its clear he has to cancel that vacation that he planned. And cancel his conservatory, curtail another goal, So a fabricator has to sign upon the dole. They blame those bloody banks because they lent without due care But their credit applications? they filled them out with flair! ‘Those lies about our income! It isn’t us to blame!’ ‘House price’s rose, made some rich we wanted just the same!’. But some of us have nothing, no property to lose, I sense it’s us who suffer if you tighten all your screws, You’re driving this recession, and we are always damned, We’re always credit crunched, earning less than thirteen grand!

Awesome concept very well realized. But you are right, we will probably never see a game such as this that reflects the actual state of things.

a real riot! Your sense of humor to a tee, and done with your usual understated style. I love the rules, and they're true too, and I love your portrait of the banker next to the commoner (pawn), and how the board is raised, and all the pawns scurry around to its sides. Great job, I like the graph paper, I love your angling of the board (again, you know presentation to your toes), and the always-clean look you get even with all the text & visuals. And I like how you dovetail the text over the board, and the red ink for the appropriate portions. Terrific stuff as always; deft, true, and a pleasure to see, sir K.

GREAT! Wonderful clear presentation! Composition so balanced with the centered cool gray diamond.I even like the typo that looks hand corrected adding a dash of light blue where needed. The background grid paper and holes tie it together nicely.

Great illustration work and message! It´s not only the banks, as long as you have to work 15 months to buy the wealth you have created in ten, the surplus value will drive the casino. Only 64 views until now, the pity is, that a huge part of the population is avoiding politics like a vampire the crucifix. If people would react in a decent way, vote, consume and behave in their interest, the whole system would crumble. Well, it already crumbles, but by acting in a responsible way, people would create alternatives and don´t have to end in the "big hole".

Returning the visit. ^-^ All I can say here is an echo of 'the basstard's' comment. It is an amazing piece of work but too few will see it. I was born and bred in Wales. I know all about the sort of world we live in, believe me. I have also lived through many crisis - and I always ask the same question - how is it, that so many can let so few get away with it? Just a thought... Thank you so much for posting this. I shall pass on your page url. ^-^
