Description

Our friend and pet, a Labrador retriever Aku, passed away today at the age of 8,5 years. It happened very suddenly (yesterday everyhing seemed to be ok) and finally the end came in minutes. Rest in piece, my friend... :(

My heart goes out to you as it is so sad to lose your friend, he looked such a happy and adorable dog too. OUr beloved pets, just don't live long enough for us do they, and it is always heartbreaking when they have to go? Thank you all for your kind words! I appreciate them very much. We knew this day would come, but we still thought he'd have few more years left as he didn't have any visible illnesses. But that's how dogs are: always want to please you and don't show that something's wrong :(

Knowing Labs, you had a dear friend. This is a tough time and words from someone you don't know probably fall a bit flat. But you gave him a wonderful life...you've both received a great reward for your faithfulness. Glad you posted this as a long term reminder in your gallery.
