Fantastic modeling and superb realism. This is definitely a bit more than museum quality. I've seen similiar creatures in the past (in various encyclopedias and museum exhibits) and this surpasses quite a few of them. This is superb work.

I don't know whether it's the posing or the fine texturing (with little hairlike spikes, even!) that makes this such an appealing picture of these guys--you give your dinosaurs such personality and realism! LOL at the cartoon-like head nubbies! Evolution seems to have a sense of humor;-)

Unique dinos. Really unusual. Are they veggies or meateaters? I'm guessing the latter with those fangs but they have such unique body shapes - kind of like a turtle without the shell. Really interesting picture.

these dinos should have been called the enormass knuckleheads... I can visualize them collide and lock their knuckleheads together until the dawn of man... on the other hand, I love the info of dinos that comes from with in you... I've never heard of this dino.

This is not a dinosaur. It belongs to a group of reptiles that were around before dinosaurs evolved [as Dinoraul mentioned, Permian; which is a time span before which dinosaurs existed]. Many people forget that there must have been lots of different animals and plants that evolved, existed and eventually died out - for 100's of millions of years before dinosaurs. Oh, and to answer Scifibabe's question; they were "veggies" [herbivores]; they don't really have the body shape for hunting. The fangs may have been for display, defense or for fighting for mating rights. Just look at the fangs on modern-day baboons; they're massive - and all they eat is fruit and insects [maybe the occasional small lizard or what not]. Dinoraul; you have to be one of the best paleoartists I have ever seen; digital or otherwise. Have you considered illustrating for palaeontologists? It's a highly competitive field but you have the goods and and awesome portfolio. Personally, I'd love to see you produce some instructional DVD's for those of us that want to learn how to create digital dinos from scratch..................
