Description
It is time to fish for trout. Grandfather told when the leaves on the lilac are as big as a mouses ear the trout in the brook will bite. Here is a look at some leaves coming out on our lilac bush today. Thank you for looking. Best of weekends to you all. -GB-

Wonderful capture and details. That's so funny! I took some shots of these the other day and didn't know their meaning. IT was snowing and they were covered in the deep wet stuff, however, and I wouldn't think of baiting my hook at such a time.

I have never heard that saying before, and I used to be a fisherman as well. Superb macro, zoom is a must for this. Bravo!!!!!5++++ That little button for super macro is the best thing on the Fuji, I used to have the S7000 before upgrading to the S9600, I like the tilt screen on this one comes in handy for tight corners.
