Description

I recently saw The Dark Knight on Blu Ray, and immediately after decided I had to paint the Joker. I wanted to do something a bit more original, however, so I tried to depict the Joker more as a vampire than anything else (hence the black attire as opposed to the classic purple). This was painted in a period of 3 days, and I did my best to avoid overworking this piece, so I stopped much earlier than I usually do. 'Joker' is property of DC comics.

Out-Standing job and thank you for NOT going with movie version!! Even in the dark suit you still captured the True essence of the Joker!! He has to look approachable before he kills you! This is why This Clown look works and not the, What knife, welding no joker gas Butchard looking version doesn't!! Which would you make the mistake of getting to close too, yours which looks like a clown in a pin stripe suit or a freak with a cut up face? You Win Aaaaaaahahahahahahaha Ha Haaaaaaaaa!!!!! Love the bat by the way added nice touch Aaaahahahahaahhhaaa Haaaaaa!!!

A Real Classic!!! The crisp, articulate lines and colouring with the symbolic control of the bat is eye-grabbing. Should be "a cover" for the series! Excellant work.
