She is looking for a giant stone pigeon, couldnt find it on the foreground part so she flew over to the higher hill using her umbrella. She knows there are some around because of the trail of little stones... Interesting image.

Another cinematic triumph! The viewer starts with the lady atop the hill then pans down to the car and men..... Not sure what the story is here but I'm pretty sure Montgomery Clift, a young William Holden, or a really young Paul Newman would fit in here somehow.
