"Wow, Narchi looked freaked out," Said the unknown drone as it came into the regeneration room. Toxic and Zeelob turned to it with a surprised look. The old Jade Empire shock-trooper drone looked at Toxic and asked, "Yo, what's up, butterfly girl?" Toxic jumped at the weird familiarity of the unknown robotic drone's voice. Toxic blinked in confusion and asked,"Martya,that's YOU in there,isn't it?" The drone nodded and said, "Yes, it is. Apparently, as Sister of the Wind, I have different powers I have yet to discover! I know telepathy, and translation, and some kind of teleportion and weather control. Apparently I have the power to leave my body under severe duress. I don't like this body, but I did disable all the other drones." Zeelob asked with concern in his voice,"WHAT happened to you?" "I teleported in, and died from a brain hemorrhage. THEN someone, a female psionic, took over my body and tried to screw people over. Whoever she IS, she REALLY hates Slicey-Dicey and her whole family. I couldn't stop her from hurting Violet. I tried. All I could do is make it non-permanent. I can't fix it,though." Toxic shrugged,"Why NOT?" "She's waiting to take me over again! The moment I access my own body, she'll hit again!" The drone sounded flat and emotionless and unisexed in voice. Zeelob snapped his fingers. "THAT will work FOR us all!" Toxic said,"Yeah...YEAH! Narchi said it's got to be Izkabell, the bitch from another galaxy who acts like a god. If she's the one, while she's trying to take you over, I pull her face off and beat her to death with it. Of course, Rose is more pissed off than I am. She might do worse!" Zeelob said, "We have to have a better plan than THAT! She's Althan Krommium. You two are now part of an Althan Krommium weapon system. If it has some kind of interlocketer, we're screwed." Martya and Toxic looked completely lost. "A WHAT?", Martya asked. Zeelob replied,"A gear, or program in turrets to prevent them from shooting what they are attached to. Space ships,tanks, and personnel carriers have them. I would think that the vast and omniscient Althan Krommiums wouldn't let their own weapons attack them." Martya said,"Well...DUHR! I already ran into THAT! So did Toxic! She bit off her OWN FINGER to prevent that! Tore the bitch's face off!" Toxic looked thoughtful. "THAT won't work on me again!" After a moment, she said,"Little Sister is a Telepath, so is Neon! Thistledown is changed, but neither he nor Rose are part of the Four Sisters System. If they are in the room with Izkabel, when Martya goes back into her body, ROSE could pull Izkabell's" face off and beat her to death with it!" Martya looked thoughtful. After a moment, the drone said in it's synthesized voice,"Sounds half-baked enough to work. We should tell Captain Rose. WHere is she?" Toxic smiled,"Next door, skinning Violet!" Martya exclaimed,"WHAT?" Zeelob said,"Some kind of private Cyclops rite of passage from adolescent to adult. What happened to Viole couldn't have happened at a worse time. Violet is so weak and messed up, she may not survive." Martya said,"We need to tell Rose!" "Neblae is helping, ya know!" Toxic grinned. "WE tell Neblae and she tells Rose!" Martya shrugged. The drone had no expressions, as it extended a hand to Toxic. It said,"Zeelob, we'll be out of body for a moment of so. Don't freak out." He laughed. "Now I know what Narchi said about my ability to be awed will be tested." The drone and Toxic froze. The drone shut down, standing up. Toxic's eyes glowed like embers. --To be continued!--
