Description
This guy sure can. His name is Sprout and he is a pearl pied cockatiel. I have had Sprout around two months, in a few days, March 4th, he will turn 5 months. He is the sweetest little guy. Last week I heard him say pretty bird for the first time. I passed it off as wishful thinking. Well......guess I was wrong. Now he won't stop saying it. Can't wait to teach him more.

Once had a parakeet that monologued incessantly... saying hundreds of syllables. Finally figured out he was practicing miscellaneous phrases from Elton John songs!!!! Sprout might like some simple songs to mimic. In this respect though, beware of what you feed him. (He is like a toddler that might repeat anything. More birds! Fewer energy hogs!) I am making these comments because your picture is excellent! Lighting is wonderful! Nice work!!!
