Description

I have made this picture as a gift to the niece of my boyfriend for her confirmation (the day when you become a full member of your christian community). Printout: 30 x 40 centimeters. She will receive it together with a card with a sentence of Karl Gutzkow (1811-78), German writer: "Eigentlich solle ich mich schämen, Gott mit meiner Person zu behelligen. Aber seltsam, ich fühle, daß sich Gott mit mir beschäftigt." The meaning is: "Actually, I should be ashamed to bother God with my person. But strangely I feel that God cares about me." The picture shall express the wonder of this world and this sentence the hope of never being alone in this world. Please post comments. ;-) Bernie
