...as to where thou layeth thine eyes! (plain english : Watch where you're staring at, pig! :)

Had an artistic dilemma (that sounds cool :), I wasn't sure whether to focus more on the blade and less on the girl or the other way round. Of course I chose the girl :)), no surprises there hehe...
Maybe if there's a not too technical way of making the focus area larger? Anyone?
Anyways, me just hopes you enjoys :D
Thanks so much for looking. Have an awesome and productive day.

Rats, says you're using Poser, so I have no useful help in terms of the DoF. Regardless, the image is quite appealing. Her skin and her face came out exceptionally lovely.

I would have used a lot less blur on the end of the weapon. You can use the line that the weapon shaft forms to draw the viewer's eyes directly into the figure. Less blur, raise the weapon a little more and maybe brighten up the models body to really draw her out as main focus. Still, you done a great job.

Great work nice use of the focus. Plasmid has an interesting point in that if the blade is supposed to be near the eye - to get that kind of blurr of choice of focus then its low unless the target is shorter then she is (which the viewer is taking the place of). Maybe not have the chain curl back and up and intersects the blade?
shamstar
