I am here, amongst all the people. I don't feel the rain, or the cold, or the wind. I can't hear the sounds of the people or their cars. I am alone.

This is very, very nice. Her expression is great and by making the background blurred and muted you really separated her from her environment (just the way she feels) and focused the attention on her. It seems like the people are actually looking at her, but she doesn't notice.
