I've been a 3d "hobby artist" on and off since sometime around 2000 or so. I've never stuck with it long enough to get good or to learn any advanced techniques, but when I do "play around" I have fun.
I also started messing around with vector drawing, as I can't really draw. Using vector allows me to utilize shape deformation and tweaking to create my scenes.
As of right now, July 2018, I'm working hard toward a goal I've had for a decade plus, and that is to make physical card, dice and board games for adults as well as animations and some simple video games. To that end, I'm developing my own characters in vector. The style is simplistic but I believe it will be really good once I have several items completed.

Ive voted for you in the hot 20. This is really an image that deserves it. Could ba a scene from a movie. Happy end, the hero and his girlfriend are walking home. Pretty cool set up, dont matter the waves. If you really want to change the direction of the waves, you cant turn the water or so. I think youll have to change the "function" of the material (edit it or load one that has the lines in another direction), I think that could help. Anyhow: Thumbs up for this one...
