For the light, I only use 6 light's without special setting's four modified standard light's, one IBL and one spotlight for the shadow. OK, it's taking time to figure the final setting's out, but once I've the right light I can use it in nearly all render with a bit modifying. I think there are better light setting's but I'm still learning.
