I believe this is at Keighly and Worth Valley Light Railway. This engine featured, briefly, in the end of the movie Yanks as the troops were boarding in prep for the invasion. After WW2, the engine ended up on Polish National Railways and was saved from scrapping by K and W. Puts on quite a show and that diminished-fifth whistle is sooooo distinctive from the UK engines.
