Description
Special thanks to Propschick for letting me play with her latest hair creation, Kalista Hair, which can be found at synfulmindz.com. Kalista Hair has a sophistocated look and so I wanted to do a picture featuring something almost aristocratic.
I ended up going with a turn of the century illustionist. She uses her magic tricks to create the illusion of bringing wonderous things to life. (Ok, I was influenced in part by the movie called The Illusionist - great movie, by the way.)

Very nice. One of the things I like best about your work is your use of color contrasts to establish your focal point. This is no exception. In this case the eye is drawn directly to the face of your character via the use of a more subdued background, the action in the pose, her flamin' red hair and your FX. Well done.
