Description


This is my first render in Terragen or ever. I'm new to this stuff but i was wondering how to maintain quality when switching from .bmp to .jpg.

You may use "gamma correction" or "sharpening" or the "unsharp mask" to enhance your pictures. Not bad for your first try!

Good first one..., try to render it in higher resolution (in unregistered you can render at 1280x960) then resize ist to e.g. 800x600 and sharp it a bit. Gamma correction is true... for tutorials and plugins and terrainfiles check out my site www.terrasight.net. I hope that will help you a bit...
