Description

Switzerland, Berner Oberland, Baeregg Here a closeup of the rock nose that has broken from the Eiger, 500'000 bis 700'000 tons of rocks as far down as the valley, which was covered by dust. THE DAY I WENT UP IT WAS ROARING AND RUMBLING EVERYWHERE AROUND AND IT REALLY SOUNDED DANGEROUS. Am Eiger bricht der Fels Wish you a perfect weekend! ;o)

Great capture! Looks very dramatic and I ´m sure it was dramatic. Very interesting for me as a geologist. I wish I could be there when it happened. Thanks for sharing this treasure with us.
