Saint Vincent les Forts (Alpes de Haute Provence – France) Pop. : 203 h. Alt : 1300 m Coiffé par une fortification de Vauban, le petit village de Saint Vincent Les Forts, blotti au pied d’une majestueuse paroi rocheuse et perché comme un nid d’aigle, jouit d'un point de vue à couper le souffle sur le lac de Serre-Ponçon, touche de bleu-vert sur prés verdoyants entourés de montagnes bleutées ! Pas étonnant que les amateurs de deltaplane, aile Delta, vol à voile et autre ULM aient choisi cet endroit magique pour en faire une base réputée pour la pratique des activités “aérologiques” ! °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° The small village of Saint Vincent Les Forts, which is topped by one of Vauban's fortifications, nestles at the foot of a majestic rock face where it is perched like an eagles nest. It has a breathtaking view point of Serre-Ponçon lake, standing out as a blue-green splash on the green meadows surrounded by bluish mountains !
