Description

sea gulls by the thousands roost in various parking lots around Mesquite Texas.during the day they leave for feeding grounds-"ugh" city refuse dump or where ever they find food.most of the time they return flying close to my house and the other day they were riding warm air currents and they were so high it was hard to see without the telescopic lens.at times they appeared to be funnel of birds.I was out all day yesterday and came home, fed my dogs and went to bed.so I am behind again for the galleries thanks for viewing and any comments

Wonderful shots, Richard. I would wear a hat with a big shadow. Those sea gulls have a rather blurry digestion if i remember correctly.#:o)

Wow! awesome capture! My little camera would never get this shot. We have the same kind of thing around here. Last time we were going out to the Hollow, I saw a farmer fertilizing his fields with stuff from the cow barns (you could smell it (-:) and the gulls were so thick around that field it looked like snow!!
