technical waves
fill my night
almost tide
almost beach
almost ebbing
and flowing
almost real
so I almost sleep
something
absent
non-authentic
genuinely lacking
Oh, to sleep
not so technically-
craving organic
alive and pulsing
crashing
grinding shell
into sand
into life
yet
it falls back into the night
a white noise in the velvety dark
having no pennies
for authenticity
suffice it to say
technically accurate
may be better
than nothing
yet
let there be no confusion
with that which is
Alive

Truth
like a blue sky
or a gathering storm
both equally alive
two sides of the same
beautiful coin
