Well seen, fun shot! Hey Mick if Jeff sees this he will write a full paragraph about his days when he was boss of the cleansing dept.for Rochdale council! He would probably give your neighbour a lecture about the bin being too full lol.

That's shocking! Even from here I can see all the stuff that should be in the recycling bin! Godd pic though! Proof that your neighbour has more money than sense if they waste food!

OK here goes, paragraph one. If that bin had been out in Rochdale it would not have got emptied, we have a closed lid policy here. If the lid is open a finger width it will not get emptied. A rat or mouse could get through a finger width gap. Para 2) Andrea is quite right to point out the stuff that should be recycled, I can see food(should go to compost) a tin can, and a plastic Robinsons bottle should both go to recycle. Livestock should not be put in the bin either the two birds will have to go. If your neighbour recycled the bin would only be half full. The reason behind recycling is so that less refuse goes to land fill, the world is running out of holes to fill. Para 3) Quite a good capture Mick. #;0) Roflmao. I will include this in my wheelie bin folder for reference. Excellent work mate, great fun shot. Bravo!!!!!
