DEFINITELY skirts for the wheels! Even if they're solid rubber tyres, they are begging for a RPG shot. Protect your motive system. The only thing between a vehicle and a stationary target is the ability to move.

I agree, you definitely want some armored skirts for the tires. I noticed this tank is bristling with firepower, but what about machine guns for use against infantry? One or two machine guns on the turret, or even one or two machine guns mounted low by the forward hatches that could aimed and fired from within the hull might be useful.
