Description
This is a draft of the first image in an 8 image commission. Just trying different things to get the right feel. the full series will be for 8 major eco systems, still waiting for this feedback from client. I expect something like forest, jungle, rain forest, savannah, desert, tundra, ocean, mountains something like that. I hope you all like this draft. Bigg:D

The Character it's beautiful, Well dress, well composition and I see shadows. The only thing I don't like it's the terrain? Looks like need some Bump or texture. But it could be because it's a background? if i'm not mistaken. But the main figure itself with the clothes, the pose, expresion and even the Antsfarm's Base Camps? it's wonderful.

Overall very nice. The light seems to drop off rather abruptly from the figure and the pedestal terrain where she stands compared to the rest of the background which makes me wonder if the rest is a background image. Either way, the lighting should be adjusted so that the falloff (change) in lighting is more gradual as you get further away (into the background) from your figure. This might also help bring out the texture of the ground needing the bump work. If you are working with an image for a background you might consider applying it to a background prop in Poser (there are several in free stuff or you can use square props to make your own). This would make it easier to match your foreground lighting to the background image.

The ground is supposed to be moss, but it's not quite what I had in mind.I started with more trees, ground plants, textured/bumped surfaces on the ground, etc. but when I went to render I got memory errors. I am still learning about poser, and I appreciate the feedback. If I could learn the techniques for rendering in layers that would likely help because I love to put allot of detail in my work. The Scenery tool is IC3 from RDNA. It's a good tool for a quick scene, but fails a bit in the detail and texturing department.

Looks really good. I have to agree though on the ground around the pedestal .. it needs more detail. Beyond the trees looks good but closer in it lacks detail. Over all it looks really good.

very nice , try using a displacemetn map on the round stone and grass. and also on the dress will mkae her look more realistic,on the rock tie the image of the rock to the displacemtn and put dial at .04 or more or less will make the rock look bumpy,
