I'd say, someone just kissed her shoulder just softly enough for her to get goosebumps. That is what that look is to me. And that's a very nice feeling...LMAO!! The lights! Holy shit, Deane, those lights. tsk Man, you have them down. Seriously. It makes this portrait so personal...if you had used any other lighting, it wouldn't have worked nearly as well.
