Description

Hello everyone and thanks for looking. Todays picture is a little different, and doesn't feature a mostly naked girl (gasp!!!) I know this means I won't get more than half a page of comments, but who cares? I think this picture came out pretty good, and wanted to share it anyway. The space ship was built entirely out of Vue primatives and took about a week to put together. I used glowing and metallic materials to give it a 'lit from within' look. The model is available in my freebies, for anyone interested. The sun is just a Vue sphere with a 'lava' glowing texture applied. I rendered each Vue object separately, then imported them onto a starfield that I'd created in Photoshop a while back, and arranged them as necessary. The sun flares were made by using water splash brushes in Photoshop, colored orange. What do you think? For the folks who expected something different from me, don't worry, I'll get back to the nearly naked girl pictures tomorrow. ^_^ Thanks again, Tom Seaview123

I think this is a fantastic render considering you put it together in Vue. Full view show all the detail. Don't worried about the naked girls, there are plenty of them in the galleries. Nice to see the unexpected once in a while as it keeps things interesting and fresh.

You can always put a naked girl in a transparent spacesuit doing a space walk. ;=D Lovely render, and DO keep up the good work! DPH

I'm sure that most of the crew will be naked, it's gotta be hot in there. The glowing materials work well adding subtle lighting to the bright light from the sun. Maybe an interior shot next with the poor hot, sweaty, naked female crew...

Great L5 space staion. Yes, I meant L5, I know the difference between L5 and that TV show. And it's good that you "throw a change-up" every now and then, it keeps us from getting complacent. Now if you really want shake things up, make the next space station look like a semi-naked girl! ROTFLOL :P!!!

NNG's not always required bud ;) Great colorful space image, and your model looks fantastic. Very cool break from the norm and it looks like the comment prediction wrong.

A great render, and our eyes need a break from nude gals now and then (where's the nude guys?). lol The water splashes make excellent flares. The texture and color of your plant gives it a really "hot" look. I'm still trying to figure Vue out...sigh.
