I can't help but a commercial add of a german piercing supplier comes to my mind: "What's pain if you wanna be beautiful?". These things on her back look painful - and beautiful. The fact that you used the same color for the girl and the back-thingie make it look like a bodypart. Bizarre and fascinating!
