Mendocino County in Northern California has which I think the majority of its economy is in marijuana. They have either legalized it, or decided to look the other way and ignore the laws. The citizens have been protesting because it has literally ruined the area, and caused all kinds of problems. Many families have decided to just move. This is what is coming, because now Schwarzenegger has called to legalize it for the tax revenue.
