Description

I took this in our game room. Yes we have swords on the walls. I have one it's a short sword, I have have a spear too. Ok, back to the photo at hand. I thought I would give you a little insight into my life style. The shrined sword is memorial to Elfin12u's youngest brother who passed away. The candle at the top represents his parents, then there is a candle for each bother ( they had no sisters) 6 boys, We also have the fighting knives of Legolas , which are his, and the axe of Gimli, his eldest son's. I don't think the dagger is character specific . The bags on the wall hold dice luck and ruin stones, we RPG here, Warhammer is the game of choice. There are three dragons in the photo as well. We have dragons and fairies through out the house. At least once a year we make it to a renaissance fair, Bristol Wisconsin for sure. While in Florida in March we made the Tampa Bay Fair. It was ok but nothing like Bristol's They only had tents set up down there, Bristol has buildings and a pirate ship. The outfit I am wearing in Avatar is my gypsy garb. I also have 2 country maiden dresses, and a pirate outfit. Ok so now you know a little bit of what I am about. I hate to stick my nose into this, but thought a bit of explanation was due. I bought this sword for Tom, as a birthday present, about eight months before he died. His favorite roleplay charachter was a barbarian, and he pretty much lived his life accordingly, head first into any situation with no thought or concern for himself, yet always the first to be there to help you. I have the two white candles to represent my brothers who are no longer with us, this actually looks rather impressive when they are lit, the whole room is filled with candles ( makes for great ambiance ) and other arms. If you're interested in the least you should let Cheri know. For what it's worth, Gimli's axe is not the one shown, but on the opposing wall.
