Some side lighting on the Zebra Foal.Zoo series.Just to give everyone a update on my sigma lens.This is a reply that recieved from the company where my lens will be repaired. This error is caused from a number of things even the camera. 1) What the later model Sony, Minolta cameras do is push out a high current through the lens, which causes it to malfunction, we however have changed our parts to sustain that surge, to prevent that from happening. As this was not an issue with the older Sony models. 2) Another cause of the lens malfunctioning is most people hold the lens in the incorrect place. When you put the lens on the camera body the auto focus ring moves from left to right, because it is only the SONY lenses that do this and not the other mounts, most people hold that part and in turn the lens eventually malfunctions. 3) Please inform me as to what model Camera the customer is using as a compatibility error could also be the cause. I need the lens here to asses what the error is, - Technician - Parts - Compatibility I will keep you updated on the error findings. I am still waiting for them to come and fetch it.Hopefully it will be fetched next week to be repaired for the second time.

Great Shot Christo ! Sounds like a lot of flannel about the lens as they must surely have been aware of these problems!! Depends now on if the repair is free or will cost you !
