Description

I do have a shot of the Yankees cannon people too. I show that later on. I did get up clost here and did zoom out to 250mm I here in New orleans and the wireless is not working in my suit room. lol . I in the place where people check in and out. This is in Manfield, Louisiand at a civil War reenactment.

I got in on the feild of combat for some teenages had a key to the lock in the gate and they was going in too and just let me in and I thank them.

Whoo! Great image, Jocko. I saw a smaller cannon of the same vintage make a 4x8 foot sheet of plywood disppear at 100 yards by using grape shot: Ft. Laramie, Wyoming, July 4th demonstration (maybe 40 years ago). Impressive. I bet the Sioux thought so too at the time. Then the soldiers disassembled the gun, and loaded it out on two horses for the arsenal. Double impressive.
