Description
I found this shot interesting as Meerkats in their very nature are always looking out for trouble so they can warn their families. They are all keeping watch here and as there is nothing of any concern they are just checking out the whole area.
It was late in the day with very few people left and I was as quiet as a church mouse. Yesterdays shot was on the first of many visits to see them during the afternoon. They do draw you back !

Still smiling from yesterday! Well this image tells me that they are very much family or community oriented so singling one out like we do a cat or dog is out of the question:-( Guess I won't get that package in the mail after all:-) Great capture Susan, I wonder if they ever tire of being on the lookout?
