Lying on my back at the gallows (I never imagined I would ever have the need to actually use that sentence in my entire life!!!!), I was amazed how beautiful the ceiling of the old gaol was. As I lay there, I wondered if the prisoners of days gone by had ever even noticed it.
As the 'Master Of Decay', this rivaled The Sistine Chapel in my eyes.

Thanks mate.

That's pretty spectacular! If I'd had reason to be lying there, I would have been totally distracted by the beauty of the ceiling. Great shot!

Pardon me, I am now picking myself up off the floor holding my sides from laughing so hard. Your notes are even better than the superior photo. And the mask is a sign of your new status of "Master"? ROTFLMAO

I have to ask!!!! Were you on your own? Or part of a tour? I mean.... Did you actually ask the guide.....'Excuse Me! ....While I lay on my back on the gallows...etc!' You get the idea! Lol. Or, where you alone... (I hope!) Great picture. Don't think I'd have seen it... Rob.
